Here’s step by step instructions for how to automatically display your WordPress posts on your Facebook profile page. It’s very simple to setup, but for some reason Facebook doesn’t include this on your profile edit screen. My next WordPress tip will be about adding chicklets to your posts so your site visitors can share your posts to their friends through Facebook, Technorati and a bunch of other social network sites. Enjoy!

  1. First find the URL to your WordPress RSS feed. It’s typically www.yourdomain.com/feed
  2. Login to your Facebook account and click ‘profile’ in the main menu
  3. On the left side of the page, click ‘Notes’ under your application list. If you don’t see a ‘Notes’ link, click the ‘More’ button so you can see all the applications you’re using.
  4. Click the ‘My Notes’ link right under the ‘Profile’ link on the main menu
  5. On the right side of the page, there is a link to allow you to import a blog.
  6. Paste in the URL to your RSS feed and click import

That’s it! Facebook will ping your RSS feed and add your new post after you’ve published it to your WordPress blog.
